Today starts the one off, but, I'm not liking it, I played, 7-0-4, The winning number was 4-0-8.

I might have won $4.00 but, I can't check my tickets online.

Then again, I might not have, because, the numbers that are under the 4-0-8, does not say, 7-0-4.

Yikes.

We need an even root sum

thus Root sum 2,4 or 6 will hit

using digits 2,4 or 6
