Has anyone noticed that the Texas Pick 4 drawing usually has at least one key number that is drawn in the Pick 3?

I usually watch the live webcast and if a 1, 4 or 9 hits in the Pick 4 day drawing tomorrow 6/21/13 then I'm going to feel pretty confident my ket number will hit in the Pick 3....Just an observation.
