I gave up the Pick 3 to concentrate on the Pick 4 for the better box payouts. In the P3 you have 7 #'s that you can miss with,

the P4 there is only 6, which for me makes it easier to narrow things down.

There is a difference for players who play box because in the pick-3 games 27% of the drawings should include two matching digits and 43.2% in pick-4 games. For the players that key on a specific double and play it with the other nine digits, the payoff including the drawing odds sightly favors the pick-3 players. The minimum cost of play is better for the pick-3 player too; 9 lines vs. 36 lines.

Just as another seemingly informed poster has stated, I also play it pretty much the same way I do Pick 3...they're essentially the same game. There is a positive twist to the player's favor, though. As strange as it may seem, it's much easier for me to find wins than with Pick 3...still requires a little patience, though. But, the money and profits are well worth it and make it to where the player needs not play so regularly.

L.L.

Non-repeat meaning all 4 different numbers. In FL they hit more than 50% percent of the time. So I feel like slightly improve my odds only playing non-repeat numbers.
