i would say to form a team of about 100 or so groups of friends and family. each person should combine 2 or 3 numbers on a daily basis and share. numbers from 001 to 999 has maybe 300 different ways of coming out. my math may not exactly be correct, but if a group of real friends and good family of 100 or so stick with the same 2 or 3 they will win on a daily basis.
