It doesn't matter to a jackpot winner who is planning on spending their last dime before jumping into a coffin, but those who don't better make sure because of their will, their jackpot doesn't get taxed twice.

4 to 5 MIL. and I'd need a spending plan like Ronnie316,

a big Jp like 50 MIL. plus, a lot would be invested so in that case a lot would be left behind,

when MR. grim shows up.

But I don't call it casket time, I want to be cremated.

Thanks but no worries. I personally feel people who do such things hurt themselves more than anyone in the end. Things have worked out great for me and I don't hold anything against them. Being a winner means staying positive (as much as possible) no matter what the circumstance. Lottery players are winners.

Actually my Mom was like that. Even though she got a large inheritance from her parents she kept it all for herself and gave her kids nothing. What she did have left over she let the guy she had re-married keep, even though he didn't need it and she knew the guy is a greedy miser and like b2b would rather leave it to the state general fund than let any live person get it.
