Computerized draws didn't come about in North America until 1991, in British Columbia. I'm 99% certain that New York has never used an RNG for Win 4.

NY Win 4 from 4/3/85-4/17/85, drawing 0000 5 times in 15 days? What are the odds on that, something like 1 in several quintillion?

I'd say someone got away with something, maybe similar to the PA lottery incident, especially since it occurred on a Wed and Sat only. Was NY Win 4 ball draws or computer draws back then
