About half the PB states stand to collect $2 million and $5.5 million in state taxes if the next winner buys the ticket in that state. There is no evidence the state lotteries are taking turns and incredibily taking turns with the states with no state taxes. A good conspiracy theory would offer a reasonable explanation for the number of 5 + 0 and how they manipulate the bonus number drawing too.

Alienware32: The main concern here would be if all or some of the winners across the nation were somehow related in some way to people running the entire Lottery operation. Like say a first cousin twice removed,second cousin once removed and so on and so forth- Then we have a problem.

It's called lousy audio and video sync. The little a/v geek who puts together the videos isn't being careful to watch for sync issues on video processing.

For real drawings, there is are live observers in the studio watching the draws in real time, not via just televised stream.

My question to you alienware32 is: Does the announcer say which number it is WHILE the balls are spinning about or when they come to a STOP or SEMI STOP?

If it is when they have semi stopped and the suction is in progress- it is NOT RIGGED.
