No one would care if they won it. Its like l said in one thread- had Ms Gloria cut in line for a $50- $100 mil jackpot and won, no one would have raised a stink, but because she cut in line for that unholy sum..she got all kinds of negative feedback.

Rigged or not- as long as the chips fall your way, calm will set in. Its the nature of the Beast.

As long as random people win, I am not too worried if it is rigged or not. Besides I already resigned myself to never winning and that is why I slashed my lottery funds by more than half when I quit playing scratch tickets.

I believe they all are rigged and do pre draws but most won't admit to having pre draws. Texas from my understanding do predraws and will display their predraw, even though it is a hard state to play you already know your what you are up against. NC also do pre draws but not sure if they display their pre draw numbers. Anyway the rest of the states are a bunch of crooks
