The ticket is not a winner. It looks like the E is really an F because there is some scratch material still on the ticket on the bottom of the F making it look like an E .

Therefore no E for the ADDRESS word and no winner.

If it is not scratch material left on the ticket, it's obvious it is a mark of some kind that does not match... [ More ]

Let the clerk scan it after you sign the ticket. I've had that happen to me a couple of times before.

My mother sent me to by her a cashword scratch off. The ticket shows as a $100.00 winner but when i scan the ticket it says not a winner.
