			<description><![CDATA[<p>The issue wasn&#x27;t that too many people were winning. There were only 29 jackpot winners so far. GTech noticed that many many players were playing all even or all odd, (me included), and if by chance the numbers draw were all even or all odd, the payout would have been tremendous. The state could not risk that. If you read the minutes of the last commissoner&#x27;s meeting, you&#x27;ll see that the commissioners were pretty unhappy about the game being stopped, because the game was very successful. 			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yeah, they create a field to make it hard as hell to even win a couple of bucks and laugh at how much money they make off people trying. Okay, no problem. But, just because someone, or, people get very lucky and those odds favor them for a change doesn&#x27;t constitute a need to retool the game.
