I dunno, don't know any easy way to check that, but at first glance it seems rare.

This past draw did have among the lowest Sales total in many years, probably affected by the jackpot being reset when Powerball JP was high. That left a small window of opportunity for chance to take a whack at it. There was about a 97% chance of the 5+0 being hit, whereas normally the probability of 5+0 being hit is between 99-100% for MM.

This past drawing there were no jackpot winners or 5+0 winners either. I have never seen this.

Also, how is it possible that New Jersey lost
