l steer far away from lottery pools of any kind. If they were as successful as people say they are- they would be winning on a regular basis, instead we have more individuals winning like Ms Gloria and Pedro than pools.

I don't think it matters if the buyer gets his personal tickets at that store because their personal tickets will not be photographed and emailed/texted to members.

BuyLow I like this contract. Even a Harvard educated lawyer would find a hard time looking for loopholes.

But I would add that the person In charge of buying the tix. will buy their personal tix. at a different location than the pool tix.
