So much for odds when 3 tickets have the same #s. I would cry scam, but ny lotto recently had 2 winners with the same #s. Curious to see if the last ticket was also a qp.

Well, when it comes to Hot Lotto, it looks like Rio Rancho, NM is the lucky city...last winner hails from there (and only began playing just two weeks prior to hitting jackpot) and a 10K winner hails from there too.

I was telling a friend that I think that New Jersey, California, Pennsylvania, Florida or New York would win the jackpot. I'm still playing the lottery, and still on the fence about the ramdomness of picking the jackpot numbers.
