Download the sorted drawings and you don't have to sort.

Also in Excel 2007/2010, When you do the sort, click Add Level. This will allow you to sort more options.

small($B2;$F2,1) for the first small number then copy it across and just change the 1 to 2 then 3 for all five numbers

use the $ sign to keep the row numberthe same, when it works then copy it down all rows you want changed.

Use $plus column number and row n... [ More ]

Sounds kind of like an advanced proposition.

If you do a search on youtube, Mr Excel has some pretty good videos.

I learned how to use VLookup by watching his excercises. Dont know if any apply to this problem but give a try if you dont get any satisfactory replies.

is it possible to do a data search to look up say the number 33 within an excel spreadsheet? I want to be able to see how many times and which day ( date ) a specific number is played.

Also, how can I do a sort to put the draw numbers n numerical order rather than draw order? I have excel 2010 and can only sort 1 string (draw) at a time. I want to be able to do multiples or is there a web site to download them in numerical order.
