Excel is very good at doing math, lousy at thinking. as the thinker you have to decide exactly what you want done, best is not descriptive enough. do you the 5 with highest frequency in a set period, oldest or most overdue, mix of hot and cold #&#x27;s. If you can define best, in matematical terms then a spreadsheet could be created</p>]]></description>
