Moon ingress pairs are done by adding the Hour to the minutes of the time that the moon enters a sign. Example moon Entering Leo 8:02 PM. 02 + 8 = 10 the rest are Mirrored pairs 10 - 15 - 60 - 65.

The Time Zone Pairs are the Time enters a sign Divided by 7. So Leo 8:02 / 7 = 114.57142 or 115 = 11 - 15 no mirrored pairs used here.

I think the Moon Ingress works better then the Time Zone Pairs.
