Anybody in Indiana should be lucky if they pay attention. Chi-check says Pick 3 is biased, improving return by 20%. But don't tell anybody.

Outside of the computerized-drawn states, I like all of 'em. Most of the time, I'm interested in those which have early draws as long as they meet my personal criteria for playing. Numbers are numbers and it's the player's overall approach that really dictates just how well they fare in the end. Computerized states have that 'pre-programmed disease' even though they're still numbers. Just my .02.

I don't play Pick3/4 but my favorite and luckiest state to play in is Virginia because they have an A+ rating on the Lottery Post Report Card, which means that all of their games are real, true ball drawings and not the fake computer drawings like we have here in Tennessee.

I buy multi-draws for the whole month for all of their games.

And they are very nice people to deal with if you ever have a problem.

We don't have states in the UK but my luckiest store would be the one right near me where I used to live. It was the store I first bought a ticket at and I hit 4 numbers on the UK Lotto first time with 1 line and got 50 GBP.

If your just asking about pick 3 or 4 I dont play those...pot aint big enough LOL, but for all others especially PB and MM jackpots...It cant be NC cause we havent had a jackpot winner in a loooo time LOL....We have had some big hitter on pick 3 and pick 4 though, the numers 4444 came up this year paying out 5,000 to around a 1,000 or so people and pick three had 111 a couple weeks ago paying 500 to a couple 100 or so people
