Illinois State Lottery are cheaters too with those darn scratch off! I am not good at writing bare with me.

Example:

Lottery clerk procedure in Illinois, you must always scan the bar code on a book of tickets into the main terminal before selling them within a store.

Yes and believe me if it s a ticket within that book is worth 10,000.00 or more.

That store is about to have around 5 or 6 new customers.

I firmly believe the winning combo are pre-determined and not random. It appears to me that there are magnets are involved. It would be better if the balls toss around the cylinder and a hole in the bottom opens up and let gravity do its job as done in the Pick6 and Cash 5 games.

Found the site that streams the archives. There is a switch to the left of where the ball rests. If you watch Fridays Midday drawing, it shows the switch on the first machine opening and when the ball reached the top the switch on the second machine opened and then the third. If you watch the Evenings drawings, the switches don't open at the same time and not in sequence.

I agree 100% Maddog but what can you do. This was there explanation. I still pissed off about it. But as you know, things tend to don't go well for the comman man. My guess this is there way of throwing a wrench in the game, to make it harder to hit, given that they're are offering double the payout with this promotion.

I've watched them since inception Todd, and even with them being drawn they still have anywhere between 45 to 55 seconds with the results board being shown before they take it off. These draws of late are very eratic to say the least.

When they were drawn before the 1st, then the 2nd , then the 3rd would come up, and the same with the pick 4. Not eratic as they are being drawn now....

What they gave you as a reason is BS. When they first started to draw the numbers nightly on WYNY10 the same thing happened. the #1 ball draw, the #2 ball draw, same with the #3and #4 ball draws from each chute was so eratic and many, many people complained. Within two days it was fixed and believe it or not, they gave the similar excuse...

I exaggerated a little using burning down lottery headquarters. The timing is different when they speed things up, but the timing is never exactly the same when they open the tubes one at a time. The stretch is believing either process prevents any three digit number from being drawn or causes a three digit number to be drawn. She wasn't conspiring but suggesting there was a conspiracy. These types of ball draw machines can usually be configured for a specific set mix timer, or a manual draw. They could do this by hand or in some cases with a wireless remote from behind a curtain.

Some lotteries suck the balls all at once, some do it one at a time, sometimes with a person standing behind to turn the ball right side up. I don't think there is any major difference, except that it might actually be harder to rig the draw if they are all sucked up at once on a fixed timer, rathe... [ More ]

The pick-3 and pick-4 balls were drawn quicker and not in sequence on September 2, the first Redball drawing too. On both those drawings the Pick 6 Lotto was drawn too. The drawing on the 2nd was 8 seconds longer than on the 5th and both drawings went over 90 seconds. Okay, I just got word from the NJ Lottery that this was part of the promotion with red ball and that the regular consecutive selection will resume once the promotion ends.

The only question I have about the video is, as the balls are spinning around in the main compartment, is there a switch or flap that opens up to let the winning ball get sucked up the tube? Is it opened electronically? If so, then I think the switch/flap is probably opened simultaneously which would explain all 3/4 balls coming up at once or very close together. Just an observation.

What I realized, is that you can always make a certain event fit your own personal experience, belief or position. I don't think she was conspiring. As you know, we are looking for an explanation, although not many. Burn down the headquarters? A stretch? I think so. Even if she won the drawing and doesn't negate the fact that the balls were being drawn to fast.

I went through all of August's drawings but two. For some reason they won't load for me. 8/12/13 Midday and 8/08/13 Midday.

Drawing 8/28/13 Midday video is missing the balls being drawn. It only shows the balls already drawn from the tubes.

I found only two draws which were done a little quickly at times. 8/11/13 Evening and 8/09/13 Evening. Nothing really out of the ordinary with that.

But comparing August's draw procedure to September's, they are clearly different.... [ More ]

Disagreed. Those balls are suppose to be drawn in correct sequence. I don't care what no one says. There's a lot of things to consider like the vacuum, etc. but those balls drawn exactly the same time. That's so unusual!

So tomorrow evening for NJ, it'll happen again and the number that draws will be something bogus like 8877

It's messing up analysis purposes in my opinion for daily trackers.

Actually the way the red ball promo works is that the have 7 balls in a separate machine. After the drawings they bring up a

ball in the red ball machine. If the red ball pops up they pay double on the winnings. If the red ball doesn't pop up they

remove that white ball, so the next draw there is only 6 balls. They keep going untill a red ball pops up then they replace

all the balls that were removed. But since NJ is a paramutual payout, paying double may not be that much.

and pick 6 drawings the balls came up normally. Although it was similar to the MM and PB machines in that the balls come

out in a tube at the bottom. If you google any state's lottery, you can go the state's lottery website and watch the drawings

as they are televised.

Texas has drawn out of order before too. It has nothing to do with what they are doing, but rather because it is driven by air mix/vacuum. But for Pick 3/4 it does not affect winning combinations because each position has its own pool. One pool cannot the affect the other even if it wanted to. So basically, the order the numbers are selected do not matter unless of course you are superstitious/observe voodoo.

I dont know. Sometimes those type of sociopaths just cheat for the sake of cheating, to just outsmart everyone perhaps. If the draw integrity is at question, then they dont have to cheat anyone, they just have to turn the tide in the favor of their bet. Well i suppose that is a matter of perception. Take in NY today, the guy was stuttering and stammering,( he probably was not supposed to do that) but it kind of puts a layer of realism in it i guess. I have never seen a NJ live draw, but I would like to think that the audio is not potentially dubbed over any results shown. Perhaps having them present gives a face to the witness of the draws? Thanks. Keeping them honest like Anderson Cooper, hahaha. What is SOP? I doubt if they are new machines. The guy who calls the numbers are never in the picture, he does it from the side. Usually, he would call each number while it is being drawn but because the drawings are happening to fast, instead he can only recall the numbers once the whole drawing is completed.

least hopefully. If people don't speak up, they will figure they're getting away with it, or no one cares, so just keep doing it

All those pre tests and post tests are wearing down the machines prematurely.

I have an idea, why don't they do an additional 18 pre and post tests to really make sure the machines works properly. That will ensure they never break down again.

For some time I notice the numbers were being drawn rather differently in the Pick 3 and Pick 4 games in New Jersey. So, I decided to watch the drawings then it became apparent to me that they were cheating. I discovered that the drawings were happening to fast and in addition the numbers were being drawn out of order as you will see below. I am so pissed off I don't know what to do.
