With a liability cap and pari-mutuel pay outs, what does it matter?

That 196 has been acting a fool in Ky. Same number as 911 except 1 of the 1s is a 6. I expect to see this weirdness all week.

The month of Sept always brings the 911 out. The first year after 911 , it hit on that day in Newyork , why I know is because I had 2 dollars on it because I lost two friends on that horrible day . Living in Ny , we all felt that it was a sign from our loves ones that lost their lives that day. Good luck to all

All the states have a lot of money on 911 so they are turning the 9 around and making it a 6. I went to the first of Sept and this is what I have.... 116 has been HOT.

(1) Maryland ~ 116

(2) California ~ 116

(4) Pennsylvania ~ 161

(7) Arkansas ~ 611

California ~ 611

Michigan ~ 161

(5) Tri-State ~ 119
