			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have purchased a number of these tickets and have found a peculiar bit of information.<br /><br />If you add up the #&#x27;s exposed on the face of the ticket and divide by 34 (the # of #&#x27;s exposed) you get a number usually between 33.00 and 43.00.<br /><br />If the number is greater than 41.5 the ticket is usually a winner. If it is below 41.5 it is most likely a loser.<br /><br />Lowest winner I have had was 41.51.<br /><br />Highest loser I have had was 41.49.<br /><br />My sample size is small, under 50 tickets.
