Yes, CoverMaster can partly do that. It doesn't have all the settings and possibilities. To me CoverMaster is very fast, it does the checking in a blink.

I think that the pc had an interference with internet, this is most probable. The IDE wasn't behaving like it should, eventually somebody was messing with my ip. I checked twice.

Come on Serge give us something to work with, the place holder pointer number wheel you made and what secondary checker you used.

I made (22,6,2,5)=4 in CoverMaster

If you take one unique number from each of the 4 lines, the 5th number has to come from one of the 4 lines giving the 2if guarantee. Frankly it is impossible to have 22 numbers among 4 lines and not have a 2if5 cover.

No just suggesting you show the mistakes that were made by CoverMaster. Players who use CoverMaster to check their wheels might find it hard to believe it's capable of such.

If you are interested in starting a discussion then you should post the information you entered into CoverMaster, the wheel produced and note the error that was made. That way members who use this program can test if the error is repeated when they create the wheel. Maybe you used the program incorrectly.

I ran a pick 6 wheel with 22 numbers, 2 if 5 to be covered to 100%. The covermaster reports showed that it covered 100%.

I used my own wheel checker. The result was that the wheel does not cover 100%.
