Deviceless Dowsing for pick 3

Hi everyone, I usually use my index finger to dowse for pick 3 in the Philippines. We have 3 pick 3 games a day. A 11 AM, 4 PM and 9 PM draw.I noticed that it hits quite often. not for a straight win, but usually with a number off by one. Is there anyone who uses the same technique. I will try to dowse numbers for other country as well.
