Deviceless Dowsing for Pick 3

I never thought it would work on the states, I just saw my post under predictions and my 10 set of numbers got hits. Are there anyone who uses same technique in obtaining numbers for a particular game. I dowse a number and use the +1, -1 method to create a set of combinations.
