VT1 = 0 and 5

VT2 = 1 and 6

VT3 = 2 and 7

VT4 = 3 and 8

VT5 = 4 and 9

So each one of the VT digits is Low-High + Even-Odd not that it matters much, I guess.

94 Pick 3 Straight Pair = 55 VT Pair, I guess.

06 Pick 3 Straight Pair = 12 VT Pair, maybe.

VT Pair 32 =:

VT3 = 2 and 7

VT2 = 1 and 6

VT Pair 32 = 21, 26, 71 and 76, I think, but I am not sure.

I think that these are the Vtrac Pairs, 25 of them:

There are 5 Vtrac Digits, 25 Straight VTrac Pairs and 125 Straight VTrac Pick 3 Numbers.

As every VT Digit equals 2 Pick 3 Digits maybe every VT Pair equals 4 Pick 3 Pairs.

The 8 to 20 Sums doesn't always work, but it does work very often, it takes only one bad filtration to filter out the winning number.

I have been out of the prediction thing for too long, but if you can filter out 2 digits for each straight position you can then filter out about 1/2 of the total straight pick 3 numbers, right now is the one thing of enough filtration that might work, but I really can't spend any more time on this Ca Eve game.

Most filter things most be done each time for each prediction before every draw, you have to get to know a particular state game, it might take quite some time of study and I don't car... [ More ]

If you predicted and played 275.

You got 3 pairs: 27 75 and 25.

20 Boxed Numbers.

If needed play one more line:

30 Boxed Numbers.

That is a lot of numbers, but it also covers Doubles, without Doubles:

MonEl, just read your post. Thank you for posting. CA is so unpredictable (hence the word lottery ) And the information at the start of this post. Weve had 3 repeats in 11 days. After doing the workout, to find that the number is a repeat. I see you posted CA Midday and last month to make your point. Any help with evening CA. For these last 2 months always off by 1.

The Texas lottery changed from 2 to 4 pick 3 and pick 4 draws a day some time ago.

The make-up of the pick 3 games says that in a more or less Fair or Honest game (If there are any of those) in the long, but not too long run of draws there should more or less be about 27% of Doubles.

I took all the draws since the change 116 of them and checked them for Doubles.

There were 30 Doubles that is 25.86% of the total numbers.

Well, there probably are several possible ways.

For example:

00 To 49 can be Low Pairs

50 To 99 can be High Pairs

Pairs that start with Even Digits such as: 01, 28, 49, 66 and 80 can be said to be Even Pairs

Pairs that start with Odd digits can be said to be Odd Pairs.

Another way:

Pairs that end on 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4 can be Low Pairs, such as 21

Pairs that end on 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9 can be High Pairs, such as 49

We can make digits into 4 basic kinds:

1 = LE = LowEven = 0, 2, 4

2 = LO = LowOdd = 1, 3

3 = HE = HighEven = 6, 8

4 = HO = HighOdd = 5, 7, 9

definetly agree with you Monel /Lantern/Excalibur . they run this from behind -in NJ we had this past month doubles almost every other day !! a few times about 4 and 5 doubles in A row !! if that doesn't raise a flag then maybe triples every day would do it

Thru the years I have seen the past pick 3 winning numbers of many state lotteries.

And tried to predict for most of them.

To me, they all appear to be crooks.

I don't say that they are, just that to me they sure do appear to be.
