			<description><![CDATA[<p>Iowa&#x27;s mega Millions is going to start out with a balance of 15Million in the account. first were did the 15 Mil come from? 2nd why? 3rd. ods of winning go lower. so what is the reason?<br /><br />I do know the 8 lottery board of directors receive 1 Million each a year. Salary! scratch tickets are a waist of time and money. I do follow the areas were winners do win, of course out line area of remote counties. the cities have very few winners.</p>]]></description>
