			<description><![CDATA[<p>Hi Chelly,<br /><br />I do play that state when I am in Charlotte on biz almost every month.<br /><br />What I do there that seems to work well is take last 20 draws mid and eve together and determine the 3 most due digits overall. Once you have them, make combos with over due sums that contain these digits.<br /><br />Currently, 4698 most overdue and with overdue sums we have:<br /><br />684/683/549/479/548/260<br /><br />Good luck!<br /><br />Alan</p>]]></description>
