I studied your chart a little, however, you mentioned that you can't do much with doubles. As I like to think outside the box, I notice that doubles appear as mirrored numbers in most cases. Take 300 for instance, instead of looking for 300, I would take one of the 0's and mirror it as a 5, that would give me a 305. The number usually would fall around the mirrored number. I did a little back testing and it does seem to work.

My opinion, this is one of the most effective charts, along with Jarsan's chart, I ever used. Kudos to Destiny and anyone else that had input in creating these charts. I remember using Destiny's Chart online and racked up $2k few years ago. I only played SINGLE DIGIT pick3 combos in multiple states at $1 bets.

Here is a chart that I have put a lot of work into - you will use this chart to find the hit and the next hit. Very simple, all you have to do is find the last hit and find the next hit near those numbers either going down and most are connected. Try this in your state and let me know how it works.
