He uses a 6 wheel technique.

I was wondering if you could help me?

Can you help me determine hot, cold, and transitional numbers?

What are the best technique you use, to pick the best numbers to wheel?

I see you have an insurance bet, which is important for a daily pick 3/4 player.

How to Play my Pick-4 System

Step-1

From the Table I numbers listed convert the numbers to Root Sum numbers; you do this by adding up the values of each digit until you get a single digit number. Example:

say your number was 5-8-2-9, add the digits in the Pick-4 number until you get a single digit (1-9) 5-8-2-9 = 24 [2+4 = 6].

Now go down to the chart below and match that to the astrological birth sign that matches the 6 = Virgo, so those born under that birth sign mig... [ More ]
