			<description><![CDATA[<p>so iowa have no computerized drawings or machines then .They must have very few lottery workers too i guess...Whats the reason to employ stuff if they just copy the digits.btw- it says that one state has ev. draws at 9.22 an dother at 9.20 - so if thats accurate then,they must stop betting before 9.20 in both states.<br /><br />Any other states that copy each other digits ? pretty nice find .Thank you MR.
