For the missing pairs that means the six states collectively not just MI. As to what do you do with the missing pair You would choose digits 0-9 in which to make pick 3 combinations as mglsr has shown above.

You must also study your state's history of pairs, look to see how long that pair or any of the pairs have been missing in your state. Also track which states within the six states have given pairs to your state as I have talked about in the *****Notes***** se... [ More ]

Thanks Laverne I think I am understanding a little more. But pairs I was looking at I don't understand. For instance you talked about Michigan 446 44 and 46 and 45 is missing what do you do with the missing pair? Thanks so much I am getting it I will print a hard copy because there are different ways people learn. Some learn by visual, hands on and hearing so thanks again for your patience as well helping us to understand Mike's system.

Take notice of the states from the midday that gave pairs to the evening draws for the states.

Putting the pairs in the counting order (mentioned above). Look at how they apply here for the evening draws, it could be a clue as to what pair to play next, even if the pair has already appeared. For instance:

You can make combos out of missing pairs. you can make combos out of pairs that are traveling or that would perhaps travel.
