There are many security features built in to scratch ticket technology that will prevent this from happening: materials used including metallic or foil coats, patterning, confuse layers, seal coats, and so forth

Had someone looked at scratch tickets through nightvision glasses? Say, ticket is somewhat warmed, then paint on inside could be visible? What if small electrical current is run through the ticket? Will image under upper layer be identifiable as glow or dark silhouette
