The IRS agents would look like the two black-suited guys in The Matrix and at every stop it would be, Yeah, a guy just cashed one a few minutes ago.<br /><br />And then the lotto guy would double back around on Lomita Blvd so that he&#x27;s behind the agents, watching them proceed up the street as he continues to cash tickets along the way.<br /><br />I hereby greenlight this project.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Another funny and interesting aspect of this story is that he or she just needed to buy 82 more sets of the same numbers to avoid paying taxes since each of the 84 tickets would have won $595 each.<br /><br />Even less likely than this, I know, but still.<br /><br />The IRS would have sent teams of undercover agents to the area looking for someone trying to cash the tickets.
