Do not worry much about the abstract equations, but rather the assumptions. Your theory is based on the parameter 'Frequency' of Historical ' digits'. Replace digits with 'points' and Range of digits(for each positions) with 'Prediction interval' and read section 1.1.1 Point predictor and Prediction Interval. I used the term points because you alluded to Sine wave and plotting a graph. Your approach seems 'Frequentist' inadvertently. I used the word 'seem' because frequentist is not history-base... How do you filter? I'm about to start working on filtering now. If my theory is as accurate as I fell it is I will be able to filter other classifications, e.g. sums, pairs, etc... just like I filter digits by position. So I'm about to start back-testing to filter the sums first.

600 to 700 combos are too much.

You want to play like 5 to 15 pick 3 numbers a day for Midday and Evening.

So far I do not know of any website that will people display the previous drawings by position. I use software that I bought 3 years. send me a message with your email and I'll tell you what software I use. I just can't tell you here because LP will kick me off for advertising.

I've never played the Illinois lottery so I really can't say yes. The concept my system derives from suggest that it can be applied to any lottery game. I need people to apply my system to as many lottery games as possible and give me feedback. Right now my focus is refining/filtering my system in order to be able to predict just one combnation and/or 1 digit in each position of the Texas Pick 3 lottery and then I'll move on to other games and states.

Believe me I know my math skills are desperate need of refinement. Like you somewhat mentioned, I'm more concerned about the concept of what it all generally means and the end result. I'll leave it up to the logical left brainers to come up with the optimal prediction model that best represents my systems. I don't know why it works....it just does. I am keeping this in mind. With the software I use the back-tesing is taking a long time. I'm finding that my system would be best understood when plotted on a graph as a sine wave to show the frequecy of each position for the previous previous 50 drawings. When my next prediction hits in 2 minutes I'll be more confident to explain it better.

I'm testing a way to only use 50 previous drawings. However, I do inspect the previous 1,000 drawings because of ELPF theory suggest getting a broader perspective when making predictions. Unlike most system I do not focus on using the most recent hot numbers and maybe just some cold numbers, I go by the initial conditions throughout a range of previous drawings whatever they may be at the time.

After I finish I'm going to create a step by step guide to use this system.

You may have a WAY/PARAMETER to trigger those positional digits ,if test results shows 50% consistency, then focus more on positions 1 and 2. With time you can reduce pos 1 and 2 to just 2 dgits for 2*2*9 str8 picks.

Str8 bet or positional wheel is cost effective and easy to formulate, is pencil/paper stuff, i normally use 3*2*2 without filter, so for eg. if i have pos 1(4,7,8), pos 2 (8,1,) , pos 3 (1,1) , you just form the positional box

I'm in the middle of filtering so I can use a minimal amount of combos as possible yet still get the straight hit.....So it's been a constant refinement. So far, I'm averaging having to choose between 7-8 key numbers which leaves me to exclude around 2-3 key numbers in order to lessen the amount of combos played.

I just have to choose the right 7-8 key numbers then place them in the position they are most likely to hit and sometimes I'm having to place them in all positions.

I feel in order to be more accurate, you have to ask the question of why an event has a higher probability of occurring and what are examples of extreme events occuring. These kind of question lead you down the rabbit hole of greater accuracy.

I dont know about every other state but 'round hea in Texas, we have 4 drawings a day so cold numbers come out more often.

It's better to view the draw history on a graph so you can see the rise and fall of each digits' frequency wave by position. It really does look like it's moving/breathing or creating a sound. It's weird but in an awesome way when you win.

As I mentioned before, ELPF theory only suggest you start paying attention to digits that have not hit in a certain position in over 40 or more drawings. It suggest that a digits' probability increases the colder it get. Since I back-test and I seem to use more previous drawings than everyone else I have observed digits not be drawn in over 66 drawings so far. When a digit reaches 60 drawings without being drawn then I'm defintely playing it until it hits.

If cold digit does not show up from 40 or 54 days, that means I can be playing it for up to 14 games prior to it actually showing up. This looks hardly like great system. Almost every game there is digit from previous game repeated, even then that does not solve problem of guessing proper combination.

Very nice work as always JJ. There are many ways to track the digits by position. Before the Fl Mid 11/26/13 draw, look at the number of skips for the digit 5 in P1, 793 skips, for a double in LDS 9. The draw was 522. I have no idea if there is any benefit, in tracking skips this way or not.

I hear I don't need more than 20, 30 or 50 drawings but for the kind of back test I'm doing I need to see way more than 100 previous drawings and more like the total 1,000 previous drawings. I really don't care about what's practical I need to be able to make observations of a bigger perspective than probably all programs out there.

I see you can program the maximum skip. Would you be able to program the average skip frequency by position

The picture I posted already tells you what the current coldest digits are by position. You don't need 100 draws. Just look at the top line.

For Position 1 digit 6 is the coldest with 20 consecutive misses.

For Position 2 digit 0 is the coldest with 20 consecutive misses.

For Position 3 digit 8 is the coldest with 26 consecutive misses.

For Box play digit 6 is the coldest with 6 consecutive misses.

Belive I'm working on it right now...but until I better software it's a real slow process....

I would for someone to the previous 100 or 200 previous drawing that shows how long a digit in a position has be hot, medium and cold. If could see that it would really help to speed things along. I know I'm on to soomething but I need to be able to see the most data possible all at once for better accuracy. I don't anything excel so'm I'm like taking baby steps.

My software will track both box and positional skips by both skip count and rank count.

The following is a snapshot of the Florida Combined drawings for the last 40 draws.

I will leave it up to the readers to analyze the data to see if there are any patterns that can be exploited.

Rotating the picture 45 degrees clockwise makes it obvious what the graph looks like if plotted.

Yes, it is true that a number that has not shown in a long time has a good chance of appearing soon, but there is only one issue. What about the other two digits? Let's take a loot at the Texas drawing for Morning 11/25, which was 945.

9 was drawn in the first position on Day 11/21. 5 was drawn on Morning 11/19. They would not meet the criteria of not being drawn in the last 40 draws (if that is your criteria for example).

Lol...did you say teaching a class, believe me Im not always right I am still working on being more accurate and narrowing down plays, I also like comparing with other posters as well. But as far as teaching a class not just yet I do plan on creating a book for my double and triple system I created but that will take some time. But there is some great info here on lotto's thread here trying figure out the digits that are due to hit.

I can't say yes with any high degree of certainty at the moment because I'm still back-testing. I am intuitively confident it will work in all states with all games and even predictive power to possibly be applied to all mathemmatical disciplines.

but what do I know I'm just a guy who has blindly followed my intuition and came up with a theory that works.

Update

After doing a little more back testing I have observed digits in a position that was last in over 66 and over 64 drawings and the very next drawing they hit.

Like I mentioned before, digits in positions that were last see in over 40 or more drawings are just signals to pay attention to that digit. It can still be awhile until it hits in that position.

I'm still in the middle of back-testing my theory but I'm about to post some observations and updates to my theory as I go along.

Waiting for a digit to not hit in over 40 drawings takes forever. I want my ELPF theory to be able to predict straight hits every drawing and I already see a way to do that. I'm about to post my observations and update today and probably within the next hour or so.

OMFG!!!!! My Extremely Low Positional Theory was right on point !!!!!

945 JUST HIT for the morning draw and digit 4 hit exactly where my ELPF theory said it would!!! I just did some more back testing and I have refined to be even more accurate to get straight hits on a consistent basis.....

I have already ask people to help back-test my theory with me so it can be even more accurate so let's get it!!!

It seems my epiphany is a continuation of Ion Saliu's Positional FrequencyRank system which infers selecting digits based on their low positional frequently. Basically, instead of choosing hot recent digits, do the exact opposite and choose cold numbers that have not been drawn in awhile.

Yes, I know I have misspelled words and other errors. As long as you can still understand the overall concept of what I'm saying it will be oooootay.
