I'm the numbers person in the family, so I get to determine the smartest way to go about it.

Depending on the amount won, the bills would be first, then we would determine the amount to play with(roughly 5% or $1M, whichever is less) . That amount will be split in half.

From there, the monthly income from investments would be divided 15%/15%/70%. 15% for each of us and 70% for household expenses, cell phones, insurance, taxes etc.

Question, do you love your wife? Do you communicate with each other? And last, do you have each others back if something bad happens? If all is yes, give her half and talk about savings, investing and MAKING THE MONEY LAST FOR A VERY LONG TIME. Do not take a chance on girls dating you for your money.

Your marriage is pretty good, your bank accounts are seperate, you buy the tickets all the time, your ticket wins the jackpot, only your signature is on the ticket. For conversational purpose you take home $50 million after all withholdings. and say before you were a millionare, you spend very little on yourself while your spouse tends to spend more. Keep in mind you will want to invest some of those winnings, so when do you do that, before or after splitting the money?
