1.) It was on YouTube and is in the public domain (unless it is patented, copyrighted, etc. and it is very unlikely it would qualify). Note I am talking about the idea, not the right to use to distribute the video which is covered by copyright laws.

2.) Giving credit to this guy could cause you problems.

3.) It is no different that all the others who post systems in LP and people try them and then tinker with them. I don't see a moral issue on any level.

I know if I had a system in which I was selling and someone leaked it for free I would be pissed,

so I dont want to do that if that's the case. (So why ask if it's Ok to leak his?)

I keep telling myself it doesnt count because the ideas werent his but it might not be my place to call.

(That's you trying to convince yourself it's alright to reveal someone else's system.

You don't know 100% for sure where he got his system from unless you ask him).

Chrissy, share it. We make an okay team and we work together really well.

He already gave hundreds of viewers his secrets on YouTube. There's no harm in sharing his ideas with others. That's what he intended to do.

Just give credit where it's due. Acknowledge.

They're just ideas and workouts. You can use it as examples for us to learn.

1. if it works then the person you got it from should be hitting also. No bad Karma,,,unless the reaper calls you after you hit, but you can tip the guy. Good deed eliminates Karma

2. if it doesn't work then::: A) the karma got you....

B) it doesn't work...but in your head you'll blame the Karma

ok....I have and that is a very old legal standard that did not last too long since it was too difficult to enforce and prove. Enforcing protections for an idea alone is impossible. It would bring intellectual property to a standstill.

I know it isn't illegal. I was just kind of thinking that its wrong to do so. Anyways, I am not trying to take it, I will give full credit where credit is due. By the way ideas I do think should have protections. I guess you never seen Flash of Genius.

Chrissy, in my personal opinion, it is not illegal. You can't trademark or copyright number picking and unless he invented some sort of a patentable (machine or computer program) device, it is open for grabs. (just refer to it with a new name...Chrissy's system). And back engineering a system is not bad karma unless you signed some sort of an agreement not to disclose, etc. IDEAS are not subject to any protection (and I know I have harped on this before...lol).

I need some input. Okay heres the dilema or at least in my mind. There is a guy on youtube who claims he has a system and he does hit. From his videos his system entails a pyramid. When I first seen it I said to myself I seen this before because a girl that use to post here done something similar.
