Rude staffs at the number houses in Nassau

It getting too bother me now. I spend big monies in the number houses and of course I don't always win; so it's nothing worse than losing my money and encountering rude staff. Their attitudes are bad, chewing gums while serving and what is worse on the phone while putting in my numbers. This causes a lot of mistakes. I am speaking for the ones that has no access to internet. Where are the owners of these places? Who trains them? What type of staff are they Attracting
