I just read this on WRAL's website...they said it starts Thursday so guess they mean today...maybe they will have p3 p4 before long!

RALEIGH, N.C. North Carolina Education Lottery players won't have to go the local convenience or grocery store to regularly buy tickets for big jackpot games.
