Thanks alot.

I play mostly the games with alot of the top prizes left. I also once a week recalculate the odds of these games. I mostly play $2 $5 and $10 but have played quite a few $20's also.

I guess I'm pretty bad really, I'll actually go into a few local places and look in the trash for multiple losers on the same game and see if the next ticket #'s are available. I'll also look at poorly scratched off tickets without the code block scratched off and scan them... [ More ]

Duckman, I personally have done terrible with 000 or last tickets but only have done a few. I just passed up a 000 on aces and 8's and went for a few middle of the pack strike it riches, waiting for the old lady to come home so she can scratch them with me.

FTR, I had 1600 entries into the 2nd chance drawing for $10,000 and notta, hoping for the $100,000

If you look through the posts here and on other forums, you will find people that swear by the first or last ticket on a roll, the center of the roll, ticket #whatever ... so basically it makes no difference. However if you have done well on a certain ticket number and you think that is a lucky ticket number for you, then when you win with that ticket number you tend to remember it and reinforce that number as a lucky ticket number (although many times we don't remember the times when a lucky nu... Hello PAScratchAddict...

Without a doubt, PA has a heavy hand in creating a believable totally random type atmosphere.

I'm pretty much convinced that random to them means making sure the winnings are evenly dispersed so no one cries

foul. How do you manage a task like that? 6 - 7 million tickets per game, run until all top prizes are awarded or when the

game just expires, sent to how many stores across the state? Tons! and then wind up with a nice tidy winners list

To answer all three of your questions I would say yes yes and yes I definitely think the ticket numbers make a difference sometimes I personally have won a lot on # 006 , #016, #024, #043 those are the recurring good ticket nos. For me.I know other people have had luck on #006 espically with the $20 tickets. I definitely feel different areas have better tickets and better chances to win then others have gone to. Hello all,

No introduction section so wanted to say hi.

Short history on me, been playing the lottery pretty hard for a couple years. Most likely went about playing some games the wrong way wasting alot of money in the past now I try to play a little smarter. Have a couple decent wins under my belt from scratch offs to P.a's regular lottery games but all in all I'm still probably down.
