I have an update. The Louisiana Lottery does now have a $1 Mardi Gras themed ticket and a $2 ticket called Purple, Green, and Gold, which are the colors of Mardi Gras. I've bought one each of the tickets and no winners. Maybe I should check the store in my dream.

I had a strange lottery related dream last night.

Basically, I was in a small convenience store in fact, I think it was a Circle K Shell station I pass frequently and occasionally buy gas and lottery tickets from. I saw a guy I used to work for, he was our director until he retired a few years ago. Then I saw some Mardi Gras themed scratch offs on the display and was trying to decide to buy some. Before I could do anything my wife's alarm clock rang and I woke from the dream.
