Get Well Soon Sully

Get some raw garlic ( the real stuff ) not the pills

Chop up a clove or two and take it after you eat and follow that with a glass of water

Cook with it in your food also

Helps from getting colds ( and good for the heart )

Do it every day ( or at least every other day )

Drink lots of hot liquids in the winter ( kills the germs in the throat )

Take Vit. C and other vitamins

Easier to get colds through rubbi... [ More ]
