Sounds like something the old Maybelle QuikWheels program could do. You can still get a free copy of it at BobP's LottoLogix website.

It might be the straight pick 3 wheeler, but not the regular one, the other-one that Paurths made, ask Paurths or Win D for it.

I'm pretty sure what you're looking for is the Pick 3 wheel. It wheels numbers and has all kinds of filters. It's downloaded in my old computer but don't know how I could give you a copy? It's no longer available anywhere that I could see. There's also a Pick 4 wheel. But think I deleted that one...have to look.

I believe it was created by lotsoft, but can't find it. Its a type of wheeling thing I think... it has the 1000 numbers on it but in lower right hand corner you can enter numbers to eliminate from 1000 original. Does anyone have this tool or know where I can find it. thanks
