			<description><![CDATA[<p>I am not sure but surely not above average, not at $200/month court order.<br /><br />Doesn&#x27;t drive.<br /><br />He does have the regular child support automatically drafted from his paycheck by the state of Texas.<br /><br />Honestly I think it&#x27;s a draw because he would have to have a sudden windfall to be able to pay that kind of arrears all at once.</p>]]></description>
