Or possibly making Squishees at the Kwik-E-Mart.

And please remember that Squishees are reputed to be dangerous to your health and contain no natural ingredients and that is why the Kwik-E-Mart had the Squishee machine replaced with a Smooshie machine which came in flavors like Shopping Bag and Dog Fur which didn't work out too well so they got the Squishee machine back. People seem to love their Squishees.

Actually the reference to Indiana law is not quite accurate or that automatic.

One has to first make every effort to exhaust all civil remedies available in order to

enforce and collect the child support arrearage.

Only, if this is unsuccessful, criminal charges MAY be appropriate. Indiana Code 35-46-1-5 provides that a

person who knowingly or intentionally fails to provide support to a dependent,

commits Nonsupport of a Child, a class D felony.

Here in NC Ive known some guys to have their entire tax refund go to the mothers of their kids when in the red on child support, so you may just get a chunk there in the next few months whenever he decides to file

He does have the regular child support automatically drafted from his paycheck by the state of Texas.

Honestly I think it's a draw because he would have to have a sudden windfall to be able to pay that kind of arrears all at once.

Does the other party have a stable job/career with above average income?

Some states revoke driver's licenses until the problem is rectified, like payment arrangements that satisfy the court's rulings on such matters.

My son will be 15 in a couple of weeks and I am owed $19,687.30 in arrears.

Just a fun question for you people out there who like to figure odds and probabilities. Which has a better chance, winning a JP or a non custodial parent suddenly coughing up thousands in arrears
