Winning for worst case might depend on the dollar amount. Something under 15 million should be pretty easy with guidance from a solid financial adviser atty and keeping to yourself.

Winning 20 - hundreds of millions ??? Now you may have a bit of challenge. Make sure you had the absolute best legal attorneys and tax/investment team.

A Billion ?? wellllllll......I may have to hire a swat team before/after collecting

Having the government confiscate almost half of your winnings to pay a few minutes worth of the interest piling up on the 17 trillion dollars of debt they've run up.

You know this question makes me think of that show they had on about some gas station workers winning the lottery. I think two of them were so hard up for cash they robbed the gas station and almost ended up killing the manager. So I think that would be the very worst case scenario...needing money so bad you commit a crime then win the jackpot the next day, and the cops are looking for you

Yep, this is my biggest fear. In 20 years of playing the same 2 sets of numbers, i only missed playing them 4 times and I crapped myself everytime. I refuse to check those 4 times because if I check and they did win....even if it was 4 or 5 I would be pissed. I checked a website and plugged in my numbers to see if they ever hit anywhere and they never did, or maybe I plugged them in wrong.
