Yeah, I understand that.

I just don't like all them negative waves from the loser/clerks gettin' all that bad juju all over my tickets cuz then I gotta climb the north ridge when I get home and shake my turtle shell rattle full of squirrell teeth over 'em while I'm doing the boola-boola dance around 'em.

And that's a pretty good climb.

And there's a big old bear hibernatin' in a cave up there.

I keep my all my play slips, so it's filled out. In addition I check after to make sure it's done correctly.

Yes once I bought 5 lines on separate tickets I always get them on the same ticket but I thought I would try something new

I buy mine at the same 7-11 by my house. The ladies that work there are all very nice and wish me luck most of the time.

For my own set numbers I buy anywhere.

I don't like to buy tickets where the clerks always have an attitude or are always preoccupied in conversation with someone or are always multi-tasking with something else while running my playslips even with my own self-picked numbers.

They cast a pall over the whole experience as far as I'm concerned so I avoid them with all my ticket purchases.

Just one of many reasons all lottery transactions should be done by machine or online in my opinion.... [ More ]

I go to the same store about a mile down the road. I figure if it's my night it's my night no matter where I go. I hardly ever buy QPs so luck is within me not the cashier

To win a JP, you need to claim ALL the correct numbers from the drawing. The clumping of winners from one store to another is only a natural random distribution, clumps and all.

The required amount of winners is not present in any clump to get my interest. Buying tickets in those stores won't increase my chance of hitting the JP because I still have to overcome unbelievable odds.

Sure, I've changed. I wil only buy my qp's at either this one gas station or a large supermarket chain. For my own set numbers I buy anywhere.

I have driven out to the suburbs, far out into the suburbs to buy tickets. I have bought 5 tickets at a time and 10 tickets at a time. I have driven to at least 20 different stores buying lottery tickets. and nothing seems to work so, I just stick to my plan as far as playing my own numbers and by quick pics.

Ive never gone anywhere because it was a lucky store i just look for a sign saying they sell tickets, and make sure to get a ticket in on every draw. usually one of the many local stores and competency in operating the machine ranks pretty highly, so there are favored stores and not so favored.

I don't have a favorite store to buy lottery tickets. I don't have a set time to buy them either. I pick some every time I happen to be at a store that sells some. I do try to get multidraws as often as possible to save me the hustle. I skip games all the times.

LOL Ive done it all driving around town to buy tickets, buying certain tickets at certain places, buy one at a time to ten at a time, etc. etc. still havent won anything substantial

Today I drove around to different Jackpot selling stores here in WA state and bought 2 $1 QP tickets for the Lotto and 2 $1 tickets for the Mega Millions. So we will see what happens tonight and tomorrow drawings.. So i am doing what the last Mega Million winner did in California and drove to different city's and buy $1 tickets.. What i did to my tickets is write down the store location in case it turns out to be a winner.. So what is your strategy when it comes to tickets
