In January I spent $24 on PB and won nothing, and I spent $93 for the work pool on PB and won back $8. So by the time I spend $90 I'll probably have won $8 or $10 bucks. I think it's a toss up.

Virginia does that too on occasion, Mike, and it's a nice gesture and bonus.

Tennessee would never consider doing anything like that; too innovative, too outside the box, too much of a radical departure from the tedious monotony, boredom and malaise of the Tennessee Lottery.

I buy a week's worth of drawings for the Texas Lottery, MM and PB. Since the PB is on up there, I thought I'd go ahead and splurge on an extra number/line, bringing the total of my PB ticket up to $12. When the clerk handed me the tickets, I saw an extra one f/ PB - Texas has a promotion for a free ticket if you spend ten bucks on the game.

Is it better to purchase one PB ticket for the next ten drawings or ten tickets in the next drawing?

And do you think it's more likely the PB jackpot will be won on Wednesday because many of the jackpot hunters jumped in
