Back a few moons ago,other newly introduced roulette carousel machines had a built in capability of changing the last outcome number on the display without even the benefit of supervisor approval.

There was a slot machine in front of the entrance to one of Vegas' long gone casinos, I think maybe it was the Silvr Slipper, the jackpot was a Ford Thunderbird. To win it you had to line up Thunderbirds on the reels, I think there were five reels. That machie was out there for years. No one ever won it.
