			<description><![CDATA[<p>The more tickets you buy the bigger the probability of winning. If there are 10 cards and you pick one card your probability of picking the right one is 1/10. If you pick another card then your probability rises to 2/10. By now you have doubled your odds of getting the right card but you are still not close to covering half the odds. By the way it&#x27;s possible to pick 9 cards and still not pick the right card. That&#x27;s when you&#x27;re allowed to scream wtf?!! Lol</p>]]></description>

I think that being 100 times more likely to win is much better by any reasonable definition.
