			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lately, I&#x27;ve noticed that on many of the $5 up FL Lottery tickets I play, most of my winners will have some winning number ending in 4. If one of my winning numbers is a 4 14 24 or 34 I&#x27;ve noticed that regardless of the pattern of the lottery filling in the one-offs vice-versa and different ones/tens digit, I usually have a matching number.
