			<description><![CDATA[<p>Ohio has a cap on the number of times a combination can be played in the number games(pick3, 4 and 5). If a players plans on playing the same combination a number of times hoping for a big win then it would be foolish for him to share that information and not get a chance to play them himself.<br /><br />I figure if someone does the work to come up a winning combination to play why should he/she care about others who are too lazy or dumb to do the same</p>]]></description>
