There is some truth as to what destiny wrote. The space time continuum is malleable. Time goes by when you're having fun and slow when you watch the second hand on a clock tick ever so slowly.. Einstein proved everything is relative to the observer.

The clocks on board satellites are constantly updating true time by matching the true time on Earth. Their clocks run slower than clocks on the surface of the Earth. The GPS, phones, and others wouldn't work if the synchronization wasn't possible.... [ More ]

What is a Quick way to tell if a number is traveling ?

I am trying to figure out where [which States] the winning Pick 4 numbers in the State of South Carolina came from, before they arrived in SC, to be able to figure out which STATES to look at regarding future winning numbers that could travel and arrive in SC.

We need a New Accurate List of Sister States, not the old list on LP that is probably outdated. State situations change.
